One Source of Truth.
Invite people by email from Settings → Team Members, pick which workspaces they join, and assign a role: Admin, Member, or Viewer. Owner stays with the account owner. Everyone in a workspace shares the same roster and scores — access level decides who can edit vs who can only look.
